I love seeing how each unique member of the executive team transforms just hours after the retreat launches. I wish I could say that my coaching was solely responsible for this beautiful transformation, but it is not.
There is something magical that happens when a small group of talented and busy leaders pull away from their desks, leave their offices, trade in their suits for jeans and check out of their homes and into an environment that is different than the norm for a day or two.
The experience of an off-site retreat can be of incredible value.

“The soft stuff is the real stuff.” Carlos Brito, CEO of Anheuser-Busch InBev, shared this thought with about 4000 business leaders at last year’s World Business Forum, a must-attend event for business leaders.
Caring for and developing those we lead is job number one, but too many leaders view it as “soft” and not real or important. Carlos went on to explain that the “soft stuff” is not a nuisance to be delegated to HR, but rather it is one of the most important functions for leaders to own.
