“The soft stuff is the real stuff.” Carlos Brito, CEO of Anheuser-Busch InBev, shared this thought with about 4000 business leaders at last year’s World Business Forum, a must-attend event for business leaders.
Caring for and developing those we lead is job number one, but too many leaders view it as “soft” and not real or important. Carlos went on to explain that the “soft stuff” is not a nuisance to be delegated to HR, but rather it is one of the most important functions for leaders to own.
