I&#039;m not too familiar with the DISC assessment but routinely use the JI Index as well as Motivational DNA to help leaders both understand themselves and others as well as propel them forward. Nevertheless, I&#039;m always interested in sharpening the saw. Therefore, I&#039;ll be sure to read your Understanding DISC to brush up on my understanding.
